abstract In the present invention there is disclosed a washable ink easily removable from skin containing 0.5 to 10 percent by weight of sulfonated organic dyestuff, 5 to 20 percent by weight of propylene glycol and/or dipropylene glycol, 5 to 30 percent by weight of a mixture of polyether alcohols, preferably polyethylene glycols of relative molecular weight ranging from 100 to 4000 and 2 to 10 percent by weight of alkali or ammonium salts of aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polycarboxylic acid salts, preferably saturated, {alpha}, {beta}-unsaturated and/or N-substituted amino acids or mixtures thereof and further 2 percent by weight of auxiliary and supplementary substances of the biocide, defoamer and flow-promoting agent type, whereby the balance to 100 percent by weight being water.
