abstract |
Water-soluble polymyxin B/dextran conjugates (or salts thereof) having anti-endotoxin activity greater than unconjugated polymyxin B. They can be prepared by reacting polymyxin B or a salt thereof with dextran in an aqueous medium at a pH of from about 9.3 to about 10 and a temperature of from about 30 DEG to about 35 DEG C. |
