Oral forms of cyclosporin |
abstract |
We obtained improved oral forms of cyclosporine that have high bioavailability and are suitable for application in the form of strong capsules or nanoparticles. In the exposed forms, cyclosporine is administered in orally acceptable forms containing at least one alkanol solvent having 2 to 3 carbon atoms in combination with at least one nonionic surfactant. These forms may further comprise at least one co-solvent, wherein the co-solvents also include fatty acids and diols. These formulations are used in immunosuppressive therapy.ŕ |
