abstract | The hybrid drive for two-wheeled vehicles shows the method of torque transmission from the crankshaft (4) to which the centrifugal clutch (1) is attached. The centrifugal clutch drum (1.1) is attached to the primary shaft of the CVT drive (8) and thus directly via the belt (9) to the vehicle wheel (17). The electric motor (5) is connected via a gear (5.1) to the gear of the centrifugal clutch drum (1.1.2) and rotates always in proportion to the primary shaft of the CVT drive (8), thus directly to the motor wheel (17). The second version of the hybrid drive for two-wheeled vehicles shows another version of the electric motor, where the rotor drum of the electric motor (1.1.0 or 1.1.0.1) is attached to the primary CVT drive shaft (8) and thus eliminates the need for gear connection (1.1.2) and (5.1) between the electric motor (5) and the primary shaft of the CVT drive (8), which is more favorable due to less friction between the gears (1.1.2) and (5.1). The version of the hybrid drive for two-wheelers is designed so that the electric motor is mounted anywhere on the primary shaft of the CVT drive (8), also on the fixed pulley (7). We also introduced a version to separate the internal combustion engine and the balancing shaft (18) with the gears (19). |
