titleOfInvention MAGNETOREOLOŠKO ČIŠĆENJE NA OSNOVU NANO KOVINSKIH OKSIDNIH MATERIJALA
abstract The present invention relates to the synthesis of magnetoreological fluids based on nano metal oxide materials with a narrow particle size distribution between 30 nm and 100 nm, with a specific magnetization between 40 and 60 mT measured at the applied magnetic field strength less than 0.25 mT, with a homogeneous coating organic cationic, anionic, nonionic and amphoteric organic surfactants, aliphatic, aromatic and unsaturated hydrocarbons, higher alcohols, silicone and mineral oils as carrier media in a concentration range from 1 mol / l to 15 mol / l and inorganic stabilizers based on nano-oxide silicon (SiO2), alumina oxyhydroxide (AIO (OH)) and nano titanium dioxide (TiO2) in a concentration range of 0.1 wt. % to 10 ut. %, which due to their physicochemical properties and technologies of two-stage high-energy grinding in the horizontal atritor mill, enable the production of stable magnetoreological fluids and their use in the field of biomedical and biotechnological applications in the processes of cell genetics and separation, in various industrial applications in the field of sealing mechanical propulsion units, sensors, heat transfer, active suspension and magnetic separation, and in the field of environmental protection.
