titleOfInvention SUBSTATE FOR FRUITING OF MUSHROOMS OF ROZMARMAR WASTE INSPOSTOPEK NJEGOVOG OBRAZOVANJA
abstract Substrate for growing mushrooms from rosemary waste and the process of its extraction solves the problem of useful use of waste, in the form of marc which are produced by extracting rosemary substances with antioxidant properties. Add up to 80 wt% of other organic matter to this waste, mix and heat the mixture at a temperature between 60 degrees Celsius and 121 degrees Celsius. Subsequently, the substrate is cooled to a temperature of less than 35 degrees Celsius and the inoculation of the fungus submucent in liquid or solid form. The inoculation procedure follows the incubation at a temperature between 10 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius, the duration of which depends on the type of mushroom and the amount of the inoculated substrate.
