abstract | The present invention provides a planar connector made of a liquid crystalline polymer having excellent resistance to cracking such that splitting does not occur in the lattice section subsequent to molding. The planar connector has a lattice structure on the inside of a frame, the pitch interval of the lattice section being 1.5 mm or less, and is formed from a composite resin composition comprising: (A) a wholly aromatic polyester having optical anisotropy when melted, and comprising respective specific amounts of (I) a constituent unit introduced by 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, (II) a constituent unit introduced by 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, (III) a constituent unit introduced by 1,4-phenylenedicarboxylic acid, (IV) a constituent unit introduced by 1,3-phenylenedicarboxylic acid, and (V) a constituent unit introduced by 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl; (B) an inorganic filler of plate form; and (C) glass fibers. Component (B) constitutes 15-25 wt% of the total composition, component (C) constitutes 10-25 wt% of the total composition, and the sum of component (B) and component (C) constitutes 30-40 wt% of the total composition. |
