titleOfInvention Hyperbaric chambers
abstract The pressure chamber to fill and compress a high pressure container has a central chamber (2) with an upper drilling (2b) in the head section (2a) to contain a transparent inserted crystalline body (6) to allow a laser beam (12a) to pass through. The filling tube (9) of the high pressure container (5) is welded together by the laser beam (12a). The transparent crystalline body is a colourless synthetic sapphire. The beam (12a) is transmitted by a Nd-YAG pulse laser. A further drilling (2c), of a smaller dia., is below the drilling (2b) in the head section (2a) of the central chamber (2), which opens into a lateral drilling (7) to fill the high pressure container (5) and the filling tube (9). The upper cover (3) has a drilling (3a) to allow the laser beam (12a) through, and the lower cover (4) has two blow-off drillings (4a). USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly is for filling a high pressure container with nitrogen to be used as a gyro drive. The container is filled and sealed to hold its contents, at high pressure, simply and safely.
