titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF A HYDROXYL-APATITE CONTAINING OR A HYDROXYL-APATITE IMPLANT
abstract The invention relates to a process for producing an implant object 1' which contains hydroxylapatite or which is coated with hydroxylapatite and which preferably consists of titanium, with the implant object being enclosed, during a heating and pressing sequence, in a first cladding which exhibits ductile properties at the appropriate temperature, and being subjected, in this cladding, to a compression. The implant and hydroxylapatite are protected, during the heating and pressing sequence, by a film 5, 15 which is selected from a material which does not react with hydroxylapatite 4 and the said first cladding 8, 15, and that this film is also enclosed in the said first cladding 8, or constitutes the said first cladding 15. <IMAGE>
