abstract The mixture can be used in the building industry, especially when there is a requirement for good workability accompanied by a high degree of initial strength. The mixture contains Portland cement clinker having a specific surface area of 220-700 m2/kg, a milling additive, an alkaline compound, which is selected from the group carbonate, hydrogen carbonate and silicate, and a sulphonated polyelectrolyte, which is selected from the group lignin sulphonane, sulphonated polyphenolate and sulphonated lignin. The mixture is characterized in that it contains 20-55% by mass of preparation water in which are dissolved 0.01% by mass of triethanolamine, 0-2.2% by mass of an alkaline compound and 0-2.2% by mass of a sulphonated polyelectrolyte, with all the percentage values being calculated on the basis of the mass of the cement clinker. In the process, a Portland cement clinker having a specific surface area of 220-700 m2/kg, a milling additive, an alkaline compound, which is selected from the group carbonate, hydrogen carbonate and silicate, and a sulphonated polyelectrolyte, which is selected from the group lignin sulphonane, sulphonated polyphenolate and sulphonated lignin, are mixed, after which 0.01-0.6% by mass of triethanolamine, dissolved in 20-55% by mass of preparation water, is added to this mixture. Up to 2.2% by mass of an alkaline compound and up to 2.2% by mass of sulphonated polyelectrolyte can also be added in the preparation water.
