To improve biodegradability of the composition, the composition contains as a liq nonionic surfactant a propoxylated ethoxylated fatty alkyl alcohol in wh the proplyene oxide groups are adjacent to the alkyl group and the ethyl oxide groups are adjacent to the hydroxy group.
