titleOfInvention COSMETIC AGENT BASED ON QUATERNIZED RETICULATED POLYMERS
abstract The composition contains, in an acceptable cosmetic vehicle, one or more polymers consisting of recurring units of formulae I' and I'' in which: A is an ethylene or propylene group, B1 and B represent a polymethylene group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, a -CH2-C6H4-CH2- group, a group -(CH2)x-O-(CH2)x -, x being 2 or 3, or a -CH2-CHOH-CH2- group, R1 to R4 represent aliphatic radicals, R5 is a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic, alicyclic, aryl or arylaliphatic radical, X<(-)> and Y<(-)> are halide anions, n and p are integers. These polymers improve the qualities of the hair, in particular the feel and the ease of untangling, when they are applied to the hair before shampooing or before oxidation dyeing. They also have a softening effect on the skin. <IMAGE>
