titleOfInvention Diagnostics containing negative and positive MRI contrast
abstract Negative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent and a positive contrast and signal substance are filled in one or more inner capsules (1) that are inserted into outer capsules (2,3) containing heavy substance that enables the capsule to sink through the stomach contents and reach the small intestine for diagnosing its migration and absorption visually. Negative MR1 contrast agent, e.g. abdoscan and a positive contrast and signal substance are filled in one or more capsule e.g. gelatin. These capsules are inserted as inner capsules into a common outer capsule which is provided with a heavy substance, e.g. barium sulfate in a sufficient amount such that specific gravity of the capsule is greater than the specific gravity of the stomach contents. As a result the capsule sinks in the stomach contents and reaches the small intestine without any time delay for diagnosing its migration and absorption visually. An independent claim is also included for the diagnostic apparatus designed to indicate the migration of a medicament through the digestive apparatus and its resorption during migration.
