abstract |
The holders in the test chamber are arranged for exposing the test system for a gas-form test substance present in the chamber. Also in the test chamber is an evapn. device for evaporating a liq. test substance and at least one injection port is arranged in the test chamber wall through which gas or fluid-form test substance can be fed into the test chamber and the evapn. device. The evapn. device incorporates a Peltier element arranged for heating a limited surface and connected to the element is a heat-conductive body acting as heat sink. The evapn. device is arranged on a frame and is raisable and lowerable, the frame being fixed to the test chamber bottom. A circulation fan is driven by a motor on the outside of the test chamber via a magnetic transmission through the chamber wall. |
