| abstract | For the purpose of marking and/or supplying information on a contact component (3) in the form of a peg, a holder (2) is fitted on the peg. The holder has a part (7) which contains printed or written data (10), as in a seed container. The holder also has a support (4) which encompasses at least two arms (5) which are spaced apart. These arms are arranged to support a protective casing (11) for the data, which comprises a transparent plastics casing.
