titleOfInvention | DEVICE FOR LIFTING A PATIENT FROM A BED |
abstract | A lifting arrangement for lifting a patient from a bed has a vertical support arm 19c which can be set to the desired length by virtue of the fact that it consists of two telescopic tubes 35, 36. The upper end of the support arm is connected to a carriage 17 which runs along a guide rail, which in turn is supported by two transverse rails so that the carriage can be moved to any desired position above the floor in a hospital room. At its lower end, the support arm 19c carries a lifting frame in which a patient can be arranged. The lifting frame can be rotated, for example by means of the telescopic tubes 35, 36 being rotatable relative to one another. <IMAGE> |
