The present invention relates to compounds of general formula I, I in which group R1, R2 and n are defined according to claim 1, having beneficial pharmaceutical properties, namely that they bind to ghrelin O-acyl transferase (GOAT) and modulate its activity. The compounds are suitable for the treatment and prevention of diseases that can be affected by this receptor, such as metabolic diseases, particularly obesity. |
