titleOfInvention DERIVATIVE OF β-PHENYL ISOSERINE, METHOD FOR ITS STEREOSELECTIVE PRODUCTION, ORIGIN MATERIAL FOR ITS PRODUCTION, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF DERIVATIVES OF TAXANE, PRODUCTS BEING THUS PREPARED
abstract A method for the stereoselective preparation of a beta-phenylisoserine derivative of the formula I by the action of the N-carbonylbenzylimine of the formula II on the optically active amide of the protected hydroxyacetic acid of the formula III and subsequent hydrolysis of the resulting compound is proposed. Formulas I, II and III are described in the description of the invention. The compound of formula I is used to produce taxol or taxotere, which have remarkable antitumor properties.
