abstract | O, O-Dialkyl-S - ([N-alkoxy (aroxy) carbonyl-N alkoxycarbonylalkyl) aminomethyl] di (mono) thiophosphates exhibiting a synergistic effect on permethrin in relation to houseflies and synanthropic cockroaches. The present invention relates to new chemical compounds, namely to 0,0-dialkyl-S - [(N-alkoxy (aoxy) carbonyl-N-alkoxycarbonylalkyl) aminomethyl] di (mono) thiophosphates. The objective of the invention is the search for new, more affordable, effective and moderately toxic permethrin symergists by searching for new organophosphorus compounds among derivatives of mono- and dithiophosphoric acids containing fragments of N-acylated amino acids in the molecule. The essence of the invention lies in new chemical compounds of the class 0,0-dialkoxy-S [(Nalkoxy (aroxy) carbonyl-N-alkoxycarbonylalkyl) aminomethyl] di (mono) thiophosphates of the general formula given in the descriptions exhibiting a synergistic effect on room permethrin flies and synanthropic cockroaches. The claimed compounds to one degree or another show a synergistic effect on permethrin in relation to the studied insects, especially in relation to cockroaches (all compounds in KSD are 2-4.5 times higher than PPB). For house flies, most of the compounds studied are close to the standard. Thus, in terms of accessibility, manufacturability, effectiveness, the proposed compounds can be used as synergists for permethrin to combat synanthropic insects. |
