titleOfInvention Method of bacterioadsorption agents producing
abstract A method for producing bacteriodorptive agents relates to chemistry and can be used in the medical industry for the production of enterosorbents for the treatment of acute disorders of the functions of the gastrointestinal tract and external bacteriadsorption agents. The method is intended to increase the productivity of the process of producing bacterioadsorption agents, improve product quality, reduce processing time, eliminate overhead. This goal is achieved by combining alkali treatment and fine grinding of hydrolytic lignin. Hydrolytic lignin, freed from mineral impurities and residues of lack of penetration, is subjected to fine grinding together with granular caustic soda. Under the influence of mechanical load, hydrolytic lignin is activated, mechanochemical reactions are stimulated. The resulting finely divided product is washed with water and brought to a neutral reaction. To increase the dissipation of mechanical energy, the viscosity of the milled mixture is increased by adding water to it.
