abstract The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry. The basis of the invention is the task of obtaining liquor with high organoleptic and healing properties, which uses a successful combination of fruit juice with an infusion of healing herbs (apple alcohol juice, tincture of St. John's wort, aromatic bison, peppermint, wormwood, chamomile and hops) in the given quantities. The technical result that can be obtained by using the proposed invention is a positive effect that provides a combination of fruit juice and medicinal herbs used in liquor on the human body (improving the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cold and general strengthening effect). The task is achieved by using in liquor up to the distinguishing features: sugar syrup, apple alcohol juice, tartrazine and water-alcohol liquid, as well as the distinguishing features: aromatic alcohol of lemon oil, aromatic alcohol of caraway seeds and infusion of herbs: St. John's wort, aromatic, peppermint , wormwood, chamomile and hop in the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 gave the finished product: alcoholized apple juice 2850.0-3150.0 l; aromatic alcohol of lemon oil 38.5-42.5 l; aromatic alcohol of caraway fruits 22.8-25.2 l; 65.8% sugar syrup 3068.5-3391.5 l; tartrazine 0.08-0.1 kg; infusion of liquor 1 plum from herbs 370.5-409.5 l; St. John's wort pierced 7.6-8.4 kg; aromatic bison 8.55-9.45 kg; peppermint 4.75-5.25 kg; wormwood; 0.95-1.05 kg; ordinary chamomile 2.85-1.0 kg; hops 2.85-3.15 kg; water-alcohol liquid rest calculated on k
