titleOfInvention | Method for production of low molecular weight polymers of dienes and vinyl aromatic hydrocarbons |
abstract | The invention relates to the production of low molecular weight (co) - polymers based on butadiene, isoprene and styrene anionic polymerization using a chain transfer reaction. The process of (co) polymerization is carried out in a solution of a chain transmitter - toluene in the presence of a modified organolithium initiator in a continuous way at a temperature of 35-9 ° C and a feed rate of monomers of 70-80 mol of monomer per 1 mol of organolithium initiator. As a modifier of the organolithium compound, potassium or sodium alcoholates of ethylene glycol bis-propylene glycol ether or glycerol tri-propylene glycol ether are used, or potassium or sodium alcoholates of ethylene diamine-N, N, N ', N' -tetra (hydroxymethylene), or mixtures thereof with substituted phenols potassium or sodium. The molar ratio of alkali metal or sum of alkali metals of the modifier to the organolithium initiator is 0.05 - 1.5: 1. The molar ratio of potassium: sodium in the mixture of alcoholates 1: 1 - 3. The method can significantly reduce the consumption of organolithium initiator. |
