titleOfInvention Method for determining optimal parameters of laser therapy of blood
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to monitoring the effectiveness of blood laser therapy. The purpose of the invention is the development of a more sensitive method for determining indications for blood laser therapy, individual selection of the optimal parameters of laser blood irradiation before laser therapy, determining the effectiveness of laser therapy. The use of the invention provides the possibility of preliminary individual selection of parameters of laser radiation, which will be most effective in blood laser therapy. The method involves the selection of a patient 2 ml of blood in a cuvette with 10 units. heparin, blood irradiation with a laser beam with various characteristics, the selection of blood fractions from the cuvette before irradiation, during and after irradiation, determination of erythrocyte elasticity values, construction of the dependence of erythrocyte elasticity on wavelength, power, dose, irradiation time, etc., selection of parameters of laser radiation, in which the maximum values of the elasticity of red blood cells are achieved and which are optimal for laser therapy of blood of a given patient. The method can be used to determine the indications for blood laser therapy and determine the frequency of repetition of blood laser therapy procedures. The method can be used for certification of laser therapeutic devices. The method is applicable in hospitals, resorts, clinics, laser therapy rooms.
