titleOfInvention Method to treat vulvovaginitis induced by urogenital infection
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used to treat chronic urogenital infections, in particular chlamydial vulvovaginitis in adolescent girls. The invention solves the problem of creating bactericidal concentrations not only in epithelial cells, but also in the intercellular space in places of localization of chlamydia. The problem is solved in that they use a combination of two antibiotics of various groups (macrolysis, broad-spectrum tetracyclines), which is changed after 2 to 3 days within 8 days, while local treatment with a blotter of 20% dimexide solution is prescribed at the same time - 15 ml , rifampicin 1 g, distilled water up to 100 ml and ultraviolet radiation on the perineum and vagina in a single biodose 1 time per day for 8 days. In addition, before the introduction of the talker, syringing with a 5% sodium bicarbonate solution is carried out with a syringe through a soft urethral catheter inserted into the posterior vaginal fornix, and, without removing the catheter, then the talker is introduced. Local treatment with a talker is carried out daily at night, and UFO in the perineum and vagina during the day. The method provides a clinical effect in 97% of cases, despite the shortening of the course of treatment to 8 days.
