titleOfInvention Electrolyte for depositing zinc-cobalt alloy
abstract The invention relates to electroplating, in particular to the coating of zinc alloys from acidic electrolytes and can be used in electronic, automotive, electrical and other industries. The electrolyte for the deposition of zinc – cobalt alloy coatings contains, g / l: zinc sulfate 140–160, cobalt sulfate 15–30, ammonium sulfate 5–15, boric acid 10–30, nonionic surfactant 5–6, organic additive 0.5–5 2.0, and the organic additive is the product of the interaction of p-aminobenzoic acid with cinnamaldehyde at a molar ratio of 1: 1. Precipitation is carried out in the range of current densities of 0.5 - 4 A / dm. Cathode current output 85 - 90%. The electrolyte allows to obtain zinc-cobalt coatings uniform in chemical composition, containing 0.3 - 1.0% cobalt, on a rough adhesive surface.
