titleOfInvention Method of inducing the synchronized superovulation in matured swine
abstract Use: livestock. The essence of the invention: in order to increase the yield of embryos at the zygote stage when inducing synchronized superovulation in mature pigs during the period from the 12th to the 14th day of the reproductive cycle, one of the preparations is administered twice a day to the group of pigs at intervals of 8-10 hours Prostaglandin F in doses recommended for pigs. Then, gonadotropin of the mare serum (HFA) at a dose of 1200 - 1500 I.E. on the head and after 72 - 80 hours - human chorionic gonadotropin (CH) in a dose of 750 - 1000 I.E. / goal. 40 to 42 hours after the administration of CG, a single insemination of the pigs is carried out and 16 to 18 hours after this, the embryos are removed. The method allows to increase the yield of embryos at the stage of 2 to 3 times in comparison with the known methods of inducing superovulation.
