titleOfInvention Method of early gestosis diagnosis in gravids
abstract Usage: in the field of medicine, namely in obstetrics and gynecology for preclinical diagnosis of gestosis of pregnant women. Objective: to create a method that provides a direct assessment of the state of an element of an erythrocyte unit that has the ability to specifically respond to the action of a specific placental factor. The essence of the invention: determine the activity of acetylcholinesterase in the whole blood of a pregnant woman and with an increase in its activity by 15% or more compared with the norm for a given gestational age, gestosis is diagnosed. With an increase in AChE activity by 8-14% compared with the norm, the pregnant woman’s hematocrit is determined, with a value of <0.35, the pregnant woman is assigned to the low hematocrit group, with its value ≥0.35 - to the high hematocrit group, acetylcholinesterase activity is correlated with the norm for this hematocrit with an appropriate gestational age and with an increase in its activity by 15% or more is diagnosed with gestosis.
