titleOfInvention Method for implantation of artificial crystalline lens in capsular sac with defective ligament filaments
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and allows the implantation of a posterior chamber lens with a defect in the fibers of the zinc ligament. The objective of the invention is the formation of a full bed for the posterior chamber IOL, guaranteeing it a reliable fixation and centering. The technical result consists in reducing operational and postoperative complications and can be obtained if in the method of implanting an artificial lens in a capsular bag in the presence of a defect in the fibers of the zinc ligament, including plastic defect of the ligament by cutting the flap of the front capsule with the base to the gap zone and removing it into the basal iris basal with subsequent fixation, cataract extraction and implantation of IOLs, it is new that IOLs use a lens with diametrically located supporting elements ntami, for example, the T-26 model, which is implanted into the capsule pockets, oriented with the largest axis parallel to the base of the flap, the height of which is 3/4 of the diameter of the lens, and the base does not exceed 3/8 of the length of the equator of the lens.
