abstract The invention relates to a technology for processing litter and manure of invertebrate animals, for example, larvae of synanthropic flies. The installation includes pallets for litter 3, a transport device, a dosed loading device for litter 26, a metering device for introducing eggs or larvae of flies 27, a device for unloading processed products 23 and returning pallets, and a system for controlling the parameters of the habitat of larvae. The transport device consists of tier-shaped trays 1 arranged in tiers, filled with water 2 of a predetermined temperature during operation. Pallets with litter 3 float on the water. Between the pallets and the bottom above the located tray in each tier there is an air channel 6, in which an air stream is generated from exhaust ventilation. Trays 1 contain devices for the horizontal movement of pallets in the form of nozzles 4 and devices for stopping them 20. Each pair of trays 1 is equipped with a hydraulic lift for vertical movement of pallets from the tray to the higher located tray. The control system for the parameters of the habitat of the larvae contains water temperature sensors in the trays 1 and air in the channels 6 between the trays 1. Water 2 serves as a transport system and a coolant at the same time. Water 2 together with the air flow in channel 6 creates the optimal parameters of the technological process of processing litter or manure. Unloading of processed products (biofore and biomass of larvae) is carried out by device 23, after which the pallet return device moves them to the loading position with droppings from dosing device 26. Water is supplied to actuators using controlled valves.
