titleOfInvention | Method for estimating state of female organism hypophyseal adrenal system |
abstract | A method for assessing the condition of the pituitary-adrenal system of an organism in women relates to medicine, namely to endocrinology, therapy, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and can be used in clinical practice for examination, treatment, observation of patients, as well as for identifying individuals with risk factors. Purpose: improving the accuracy of determining the functional state of the pituitary-adrenal system. The state of the pituitary-adrenal system of the body in women is assessed by determining the concentration of cortisol, somatotropin, aldosterone, while the combination of a high level of cortisol concentration / 667.50 ± 10.05 nM / l / s with an increased concentration of somatotropin / 5.67 ± 1.10 ng / ml / and aldosterone / 142.61 ± 10.64 pg / ml /, as well as a combination of low or medium levels of cortisol with low or, respectively, average levels of somatotropin and aldosterone indicates a normal state of the pituitary-adrenal system emy of the body, other state concentrations of cortisol, growth hormone and aldosterone showed a deviation state of the pituitary-adrenal system from the norm. |
