abstract | A method is proposed for producing alk-1-ene polymers with 3 to 10 carbon atoms, which includes the steps of producing a Ziegler and Natta catalyst by reacting a titanium-containing solid component containing a titanium and magnesium compound, a halogen and an electron donor, with an aluminum compound, inactivating the resulting reaction mixture by treatment with dioxide carbon, inactivated catalyst additives for the polymerization of the starting alk-1-ene with 3 to 10 carbon atoms in the presence of an aluminum compound, the process being carried out in the presence of up to an additional electron donor, used in an amount providing a molar ratio between aluminum of the aluminum compound and titanium of the titanium-containing solid component, equal to 1: (0.1 - 200), namely that an additional electron donor is supplied in the required total amount to the interaction of the titanium-containing solid component with aluminum connection. |
