titleOfInvention Organometallic complexes of lanthanides, process for preparation thereof, and process for polymerization of unsaturated monomers
abstract Organometallic complexes of lanthanides with well-defined stoichiometry that can be used in the stereospecific polymerization of unsaturated monomers can be represented by the general formula: Me (Ar) (A1 XR), in which Me represents a metal with an atomic number of 21, 39 or with an atomic number of 57 to 71, Ar is benzene or benzene substituted with 1C3 alkyl groups containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, X is a halogen atom, while R is a linear, cyclic or branched alkyl containing from 1 to 12 carbon atoms. The preparation of complexes is described together with their use in the stereospecific copolymerization of unsaturated monomers.
