For this, the reaction mixture, including sorbitol, dextrin, citric acid and water, is heated to 70 ° C, caustic soda and ferric chloride are added to the reaction medium by the dropwise feed rate with thorough stirring. The synthesis of the complex is carried out in the range of pH = 9.0 - 9.5, and bubbling is carried out with gaseous nitrogen or compressed sterile air.
