titleOfInvention | Method for surgically treating amotio retinae aggravated by huge rupture or separation from toothed line |
abstract | The invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmic surgery, and can be used for surgical treatment of complicated retinal detachment. The objective of the invention is to provide a more effective method of surgical treatment of retinal detachment, complicated by a giant gap or separation from the dentate line by eliminating retinal eruption at the time of flashing. The technical result obtained by using the invention is to reduce surgical and postoperative complications and reduce the risk of relapse of retinal detachment. To do this, in the method of surgical treatment of retinal detachment, complicated by a giant gap or separation from the dentate line, which consists in performing a vitrectomy and straightening of the retina by internal filling, followed by retinal reinforcement with retinal sutures and laser coagulation along the separation line, PFOS is used as a filling substance, and strengthen the expanded the retina with a complex of omega-shaped sutures with additional argon-laser coagulation for 1 - 2 days, and PFOS is removed for 7 - 8 days. |
