titleOfInvention Process of cooking of easy-meltable glasses and electric furnace for its realization
abstract The present invention relates to the glass industry and allows to obtain high-quality low-melting glass by parking it in a skull electric furnace with wall oxide-tin electrodes and upper gas heating in the charge loading zone. In order to obtain high-quality glass and increase the furnace campaign, glass formation and melting are performed in the skull layer created by cooling the bottom of the branded zone and the walls of the cooking and development zones with flat metal refrigerators, the area of which is 58-60% of the total area of the walls and the bottom of the cooking and production basins of glass melting furnace, and the area of the working surface of the electrodes is 20 - 60% of the area of the side walls. In order to intensify the process of melting the charge of aggressive low-melting glasses and reduce energy costs in the loading zone, a torchless gas burner is installed in the roof of the furnace, which allows to reduce the volume of the gas gap between the melt and the charge and thereby reduce the energy consumption necessary for the complete penetration of the latter. In addition, in order to save refractory material and increase the life of the furnace, the duct is made in the form of a water-cooled pipe, and the outlet is a shaped beam with a cylindrical electrically heated channel made at an angle of 35 - 45 ° to the surface of the glass melt.
