In order to increase the bioavailability of the drug, prolonging the action, halving the amount of the active substance and reducing possible side effects, as well as reducing the cost of the product, an ointment of the following composition is proposed, wt. %: sinaflan - 0.0125 - 0.0175; beta-cyclodextrin - 0.25 - 3.0; glycerin - 18.5; petroleum jelly - 14; stearic acid - 5; emulsifier T-1 or T-2 - 5; Twin-80 - 2; nipagin - 0.08; nipazole - 0.02; purified water - the rest. The ointment is distinguished by the use of a base with a high water content (more than 50%) and the introduction of CD. |
