According to the proposed method, insulin is obtained from extracts of the pancreas of cattle and pigs by sorption of insulin from aqueous ethanol solutions containing sodium acetate on KU-23I sulfocationite in the Na form, followed by elution and isolation of the target product by known methods. The process according to the proposed method allows the sorption of insulin at stable pH values under conditions that do not cause modification of the insulin molecule (hydrolysis, deamidation and / or esterification in the presence of ethanol). The method allows to simplify the technology, increase the yield and improve the quality of the target product. |
