abstract | The invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for the isolation of dihydroquercetin (DHQ) from larch wood. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process of separation of DHQ and increase the yield of the target product while maintaining a high degree of purity. This is achieved by the fact that water-washed crushed larch wood is extracted at normal temperature with a mixture of water and acetone 1: 4 parts by weight Acetone is distilled off from the extract, and the DKW precipitate that has precipitated from the aqueous portion of the extract is separated by centrifugation and recrystallized from hot water. The use of this method for the isolation of DHQ from larch wood eliminates the use of a polyamide sorbent from the technological process and, therefore, the stage of sorption, desorption and regeneration of the sorbent, selectively extracts DHQ with an aqueous-acetone mixture without heating chopped wood from pre-washed water, which leads to an increase in the yield of the target product when maintaining the degree of purity of the product. |
