titleOfInvention FUNCTIONAL COMPLEX FOR PRODUCING A NUTRIENT SOLUTION FOR IRRIGATION AND / OR FEEDING OF CULTURAL PLANTS
abstract The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to the organization of greenhouse plants for growing vegetable and flower crops, for example, in protected ground, however, can also be used for cultivating plants on open ground. The functional complex for obtaining a nutrient solution includes connected by main pipelines: saturator 1; a pumping unit 2, which is functionally a means of supplying water through a controllable valve 4 to a saturator 1; means for injecting a gaseous carbon dioxide carrier into the saturator under pressure, for example, in the form of an air low pressure compressor 3 (mainly 5-10 atm.), as well as a line (hydraulic system) for supplying the resulting nutrient solution to irrigation, including a controlled valve 5. As a gaseous carrier of carbon dioxide, atmospheric air is used. The saturator 1 is additionally equipped with a system for discharging carbon depleted air from the cavity 6 of the air saturator 1 into the atmosphere, including an air safety valve 8. Moreover, the said discharge system is arranged to maintain the air pressure in the air cavity 6 of the saturator 1, necessary for the implementation of the dissolution mode (hydration ) in water, carbon dioxide with the formation of chemical bonds. The water-air interface in the saturator is indicated by the position 7. The means for supplying water to the saturator 1 can be equipped with a cooling chamber, as well as a purification system for the supplied water from impurities (not shown conventionally in graphic materials). The means for injecting a gaseous carbon dioxide carrier into the saturator 1, including the air compressor 3, is connected to the lower part of the saturator 1 with the possibility of supplying atmospheric air through the water column. 1 n.p. and 4 z.p. f-ly, 1 ill.
