abstract The utility model relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the production of titanium sponge from titanium-containing raw materials and to the neutralization and disposal of titanium production wastes, for example, vanadium compounds.n n n A technological line for processing titanium raw materials, including an ore-thermal furnace equipped with a furnace for the preparation of a mixture for chlorination of titanium slags, a salt chlorinator, a bathtub for hydrotreating the spent melt and a vapor-gas mixture condensation system, a distillation-chemical treatment unit for technical titanium tetrachloride, a collection of titanium tetrachloride purified from impurities and capacity for vanadium oxytrichloride, a complex of equipment for the magnetothermal production of titanium, hydrometallurgy a department for decomposing vanadium oxytrichloride, crystallizing ammonium metavanadate and producing vanadium pentoxide, a vanadium containing wastewater tank for the production of ammonium metavanadate, an industrial acid sewer, a container for mixing vanadium production flue gases with magnesium production fumes, a circulation system for purifying lime waste gas mixture in the form of a scrubber - a circulation pump - a circulation tank with a stirrer, while the pipe for exhaust gases aka vanadium for sewage pipe connected to the container for mixing with the exhaust gases magnesium production and pipe mixing vessel is connected to the nozzle scrubber for cleaning the exhaust gases.
