titleOfInvention TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR PROCESSING TITANIUM RAW MATERIALS
abstract The utility model relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the production of sponge titanium from titanium-containing raw materials. A technological line for processing titanium raw materials includes an ore-thermal furnace, a device for preparing a charge, a salt chlorinator for chlorination with a bath for removing the spent melt, a steam-gas mixture condensation system, a reactor with an agitator for purifying technical titanium tetrachloride with a copper-containing reagent, a thickener for separating titanium tetrachloride and copper vanadium pulp, rectification and chemical purification department of technical titanium tetrachloride with a vaporizer, a collection of purified this titanium tetrachloride and a container for vanadium oxytrichloride, a complex of equipment for the magnetothermal production of titanium, a hydrometallurgical department for the decomposition of vanadium oxytrichloride, crystallization of ammonium metavanadate and vanadium pentoxide, a receiving tank for vanadium-containing wastewater, a cube for transporting and loading copper-vanadium vanadium , a compressed air supply line for pulping copper-vanadium pulp, a salt furnace, a second vapor-gas mixture condensation system, with this cube s for transporting and loading copper vanadium pulp is connected to the thickener, a compressed air supply line for raspulpovki copper vanadium salt with the pulp and oven salt furnace is connected to the condensation system which is connected to the tankn n n for vanadium oxytrichloride. A signal device is installed on the compressed air supply line. This makes it possible to additionally extract vanadium oxytrichloride from waste products, as well as to use copper compounds as a finished product, as well as to increase the degree of vanadium recovery from the production line for processing titanium raw materials with additional equipment for extracting vanadium and copper compounds from copper-vanadium pulp titanium raw materials, reduce environmental pollution. 2 p.
