titleOfInvention HARDWARE AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR TITAN-CONTAINING CONCENTRATES
abstract The proposed utility model relates to the field of metallurgy and, in particular, to hardware and technological systems for processing titanium-containing concentrates used in the titanium-magnesium sub-industry to produce various commercial products - titanium metal and vanadium compounds. The objective of the proposed utility model is to increase work efficiency and ensure conditions for the neutralization and disposal of production waste. The technical result that can be achieved by implementing the developed technical solution is to increase the production of commercial vanadium compounds while addressing issues related to waste disposal and preventing environmental pollution by highly toxic substances. The problem is solved with the achievement of the above technical result by the proposed utility model - “Hardware-technological system for processing titanium-containing concentrates”, including an ore-thermal furnace equipped with a device for preparing the initial composite mixture, a unit for cleaning exhaust gases from dust, a dust collecting bin and an installation for crushing and grinding of titanium slag, a plant for preparing a charge for chlorination in a metal chloride melt, a salt chlorinator, a plant a novelty for gas purification, equipment for condensation of a gas-vapor mixture with a collection tank of technical titanium tetrachloride, a compartment for chemical and distillation purification of technical titanium tetrachloride from impurities, a container for vanadium oxytrichloride and a container for purified titanium tetrachloride, connected respectively to the site for producing vanadium pentoxide and redistribution for magnetothermal productionn n n titanium metal. New in the proposed utility model is that the device for preparing the initial composite mixture has a connection with a metering hopper and a storage tank for technogenic oxide vanadium-titanium raw materials, a charge preparation unit for chlorination in a metal chloride melt, connected to a metering hopper and a supply tank for vanadium-titanium concentrates, salt chlorinator is equipped with a hydro-removal bath for spent chloride melt salt chlorinator, chloride pulp exit from the bath guide The spent melt disposal unit is connected to a series-mounted hydraulic sump to isolate the coarse fraction of insoluble residue and a circulation tank, on the lid of which there is a pipe for supplying vanadium pentoxide production wastewater to the circulation tank, the lower discharge from the circulation tank is connected to a reactor to neutralize and precipitate the amount of metal oxyhydrates, on the lid of the reactor there is a nozzle for connection to a magnesia milk dispensing tank, which is connected to a tank equipped with a mixer and a hopper with finely divided serpentinite waste for the preparation of magnesia milk, the dosing tank also has a connection to the gas treatment unit, the lower discharge pipe of the reactor for neutralization and deposition has a connection to the filter press, the precipitate of the amount of metal oxyhydrates from the trough of the filter press is directed to a mixer to which an insoluble residue bunker is connected, connected to a water sump, a bunker for dust collected from the waste gases of an ore-thermal furnace, a bunker dose a torus of fine wastes of processing of serpentinite raw materials, an inert filler bunker, for example, wood sawdust, a magnesia milk dosing tank and a spent absorption liquid dosing tank from a salt chlorine gas treatment unit, the outlet from the mixer is directed to a heated device for forming and pressing blocks.
