titleOfInvention TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR PROCESSING TITANIUM RAW MATERIALS
abstract The proposed utility model relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the metallurgy of titanium and vanadium, and can be specifically used in existing titanium-magnesium industries for the production of titanium metal - titanium sponge, vanadium compounds -VOCl 3 and V 2 O 5 , for processing and disposal generated multicomponent polymetallic waste products. The objective of the proposed utility model is to increase the specific power of the processing line for vanadium while solving environmental issues. The technical result that can be obtained by implementing the utility model is to prevent environmental pollution by highly toxic production wastes and to provide an increase in the output of commercial vanadium compounds - VOCl 3 and / or V 2 O 5 . The problem is solved with the achievement of the above technical result by the proposed utility model - “Technological line for the processing of titanium raw materials”, including an ore-thermal furnace equipped with a plant for preparing the initial titanium raw materials, a mixing device for preparing a charge for chlorination of titanium slag, a salt chlorinator equipped with a waste water recovery bath the melt, the condensation system of the vapor-gas mixture, the separation of distillation-chemical treatment of technical tetra titanium chloride, a collection of titanium tetrachloride purified from impurities of foreign metals and a container for vanadium oxytrichloride, a set of equipment for magnetothermally producing titanium, a hydrometallurgical department for the decomposition of vanadium oxytrichloriden n n crystallization of ammonium metavanadate and obtaining vanadium pentoxide. New in the proposed utility model is that the installation for the preparation of the initial titanium raw material has connections through shut-off and control valves with a series-installed dispenser and a receiving and storage tank of vanadium-, titanium-, iron-containing technogenic raw materials. The spent melt water removal bath has a connection to the circulation tank, on the cover of which there is a pipe connected to the vanadium-containing wastewater pipeline for the production of ammonium metavanadate, the lower discharge of the circulation tank is connected to the reactor to neutralize and neutralize the solutions and wastewater, and there is a pipe for supplying the reactor cover milk of lime, the discharge of the oxyhydrate pulp formed in the reactor is directed to a filter press, from which chloride, purified from heavy metals, is withdrawn th solution is directed into the sewer.
