titleOfInvention TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX OF PRODUCTION OF ALKYD VARNISHES
abstract The utility model relates to the paint and varnish industry, namely, to the technological complex for the production of alkyd varnishes using an automated control system. The technological complex for the production of alkyd varnishes includes a reactor having a housing and a stirrer with a shaft having a geometric axis and a drive, and equipped with at least one fitting for loading loose components, equipped with a heat-resistant shutter, and at least one pipe for loading liquid components, including oils, as well as process pipelines hydraulically connected with it, equipped with shutoff valves and pumping equipment, shop floors for oil and flammable liquids, mixer for I alkyd resin and solvent, in fluid communication with at least one process piping with a collection of finished lacquer azeotropic dehydration system regeneration and related products, as well as pneumatically communicated with the reactor dosage units and loading the original granular and liquid components and evacuating the reactor system. The reactor is made with a heater and with at least two internal heat exchangers made in the form of coils, with branch pipes for entering and leaving the coolant that are independent for each coil. The reactor mixer is made not less than two-bladed, and the blades are located at least in the lower half of the internal volume of the reactor vessel and have a height of at least one fifth of the height of the reactor and are equipped with limb at least in their lower part. The technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is to increase efficiency, fire and environmental safety while reducing the complexity and energy consumption of alkyd varnish production processes due to automatic weighing, dosing and loading of the reactor, mixer and other technological operations, as well as due to developed in a utility model of a closed system for loading granular components into the explosive atmosphere of a reactor with a combination of sequential pneumatic transport and mechanical transportationn n n bulk components and the inclusion of a system for evacuating the explosive atmosphere of the reactor for the period of direct introduction of bulk and liquid components into the reactor. Reducing the complexity and technological simplicity of process control is ensured by installing bunkers and a mixer on a tensile scale and displaying operational data on the parameters of the technological process on a remote display - monitor and control panel for alkyd varnish preparation processes. 1 n.p. and 10 z.p. f-ly. 2 ill
