titleOfInvention MULTIFUNCTIONAL LOW TEMPERATURE GAS STERILIZER
abstract The utility model relates to medicine and implements a set of plasma and photochemical processes for obtaining from atmospheric air or a mixture of air and oxygen in a stream of quanta of light, infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) radiation, highly active chemical groups of substances in the form of an ozone-air mixture, excited molecular O 2 * and atomic O * oxygen, traces (O 3 + O 2 ), etc., and can be used in infectology, conservative therapy, surgery, pharmacy, cosmetology, biology, etc. The objective of the utility model is to create a highly effective multifunctional low-temperature gas sterilizer (MNG-sterilizer), which allows a complex and separate effect on medical objects and bioobjects with highly active disinfectants: an ozone-air mixture together with chemically active groups of substances in the form of excited molecular O 2 * and atomic O * oxygen, traces (O 3 + O 2 ), etc., as well as a flux of quanta of light, IR and UV radiation. This object is achieved in that the MNG sterilizer comprising a control unit, an ozone-air mixture generator unit, a compressor, a microbiological filter, a sterilization chamber having a door with an inspection window, cassettes for laying medical instruments and products, residual ozone deactivator in the spent ozone-air mixture, nozzles with fittings supplying the ozone-air mixture to the sterilization chamber and discharging the spent ozone-air mixture from it, is additionally equipped with a unit generating a flow of qua light, IR and UV radiation, a lodgement for the installation of containers and cassettes for laying medical instruments and products with the possibility of circular rotation, a technological fitting with a sealing plug that can be connected, in a sterilization chamber, to a technological branch pipe with a section that is optically transparent for UV radiation.n n n At the same time, the technological branch pipe is interfaced with the nozzle for supplying the ozone-air mixture into the sterilization chamber, and it is possible to attach the branch pipe with a perforated cannula to the technological union from the outside of the sterilization chamber. In addition, the inner surface of the sterilization chamber, the lodgement, containers and cartridges are made with a coating reflecting light, IR and UV radiation, and the inspection window of the door of the sterilization chamber is equipped with a UV-shielding filter. 1 n.p. f-ly, 17 ill.
