abstract The utility model relates to the field of machine tool construction, namely, to machines for electrochemical processing of deep holes by honing and can be used in general and special mechanical engineering and machine tool construction. From known machines for similar purposes, containing sectioned, interconnected and provided with guides of the headstock of the headstock and stem head, placed on guides with the possibility of movement equipped with a hollow spindle, gearbox, mechanized cam chuck and drive headstock, equipped with individual drives loading racks, equipped individual drive and cam cartridge annular rest, current supply of the product, movable end face seal, fixedly closed the axial stop of the product captured on the bed and the bed of the honing head base mounted on rails with the ability to move and equipped with a spindle, gear box, stem rotation drive stem head, stem current supply equipped with a cam cartridge stem rest, electrolyte feed and exhaust system, feed and exhaust system flushing fluid, ventilation system and machine controls, made in the form of switching and signal elements and sensors located on remote control panels of frost movements of the headstock and headstock of the product, the utility model is additionally equipped with sensors for the speed of rotation of the product and stem, sensors for the speed of movement of the headstock and headstock of the drive; the drives for rotating the product, moving headstock and stem, rotation and movement of the stem are stepless, and the machine control system made in the form of a system of numerical program control (CNC), and the outputs of the sensors for linear movement of the headstock of the product, headstock stem, rotation speed of the product, rotation speed the movement of the stem is connected to the inputn n n CNC system, and its output through power converters and matching devices is connected to drives for rotating the product, moving the headstock, rotating and moving the stem and moving the stem head. The proposed technical solution allows to increase the productivity of the machine in the serial production of the same type of parts by reducing the time for installation and commissioning operations, to improve the quality of manufactured parts, to reduce operator labor costs. The proposed technical solution was used in a special machine newly developed at RSZ OJSC for the electrochemical processing of parts of model RT628 F2.
