| abstract | Cardiological first-aid kit for emergency self-help and mutual assistance “TRICARD” is an invention related to the field of medicine, which is engaged in the creation of medical devices designed to provide emergency care in acute conditions (angina pectoris, hypertension, atrial fibrillation). The invention implements the principles of an oriented-integrated pharmacotherapeutic - pre-medical self-help. The technical result is provided by the creation of a miniature and easy-to-use package containing nine blisters (three identical for each nosological form) with medications designed to provide self-help in a particular situation. The first blue blister contains three drugs: three capsules of nitroglycerin 0.5 mg each, one tablet of aspirin - 250 mg, one tablet of vicalin. With a heart attack, which is characterized by the appearance of compressive, pressing, breaking, burning, pinching, heartburn pains in the sternum and in the heart, often giving away or spreading; in the Devra shoulder, collarbone, shoulder blade, arm, often accompanied by a feeling of lack of air, immediately after the onset of the above symptoms should take a capsule of nitroglycerin (put under the tongue, pre-bite the capsule, do not swallow). If you still have pain or discomfort in your chest, you need to take a second capsule of nitroglycerin after five minutes. For the purpose of prevention; thrombotic complications should simultaneously take a tablet of aspirin and a tablet of vicalin (both tablets to chew) and drink with warm water. The maximum dose of nitroglycerin should not exceed three capsules within 15 minutes. The second red blister contains one drug: three 10 mg nifedipine tablets, which provides relief of uncomplicated hypertensive crisis. With a hypertensive crisis, which is characterized by a sharp increase in blood pressure, for a given individual, a deepening of the symptoms of hypertension in the form of severe headaches, dizziness,n n n nausea, flashing flies before the eyes, palpitations, you should take one tablet of nifedipine (sublingually) at a dose of 10 mg. If the effect is insufficient, nifedipine is recommended to be repeated after 30 minutes. The maximum dose for crisis management should not exceed three tablets (30 mg). The third white blister contains two drugs: two 80 mg verapamil tablets and 3 200 mg quinidine tablets intended for pharmacological cardioversion with repeated paroxysms of MP. Self-administration of these drugs is recommended for patients without severe heart damage and after the effectiveness and safety of these drugs has been proven. In case of atrial fibrillation, which is characterized by a sudden onset, irregular heartbeat with a frequency of more than 1 minute, shortness of breath, pain in the left half of the difficult cell, weakness and dizziness, two tablets of verapamil should be taken, then after 20 minutes 2 tablets of quinidine. If the rhythmic activity of the heart has not recovered, it is necessary to take one quinidine tablet again in an hour. In each case, it is advisable to evaluate the effectiveness of self-help measures in a medical institution. The creation of the “TRICARD” first-aid kit is in the nature of a social event, since its clinical effectiveness and economic feasibility allow it to be widely used at various levels of medical care: ambulance at home, emergency situations in the absence of qualified medical care, disaster medicine, etc. In addition to the purely medical function, the first-aid kit will perform an important sanitary-educational function, both among patients and among their relatives and friends, and will also give the necessary confidence in avilnosti actions and the reasonableness of early treatment. |
