titleOfInvention DEVICE FOR REMOTE EXHAUST GAS EXHAUST AT STAND VIBROACOUSTIC TESTS OF THE CAR
abstract The utility model relates to devices for remote exhaust gas exhaust system of an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine (hereinafter - ICE) during bench vibro-acoustic tests. A device for remote exhaust exhaust during vibration bench tests of a car on a dynamometer with running drums contains, in particular, a remote mobile suction bell in the form of a truncated open semi-cone, the supporting frame of which is made of a perforated sheet lined on both sides with sound-absorbing material with a thin protective soundproof layer. A distinctive feature is that the inner lining of the supporting frame is made of a sound-absorbing panel made of heat-resistant porous material based on mineral fibers, the sound-absorbing panel is covered by a layer of sound-proof protective heat-resistant fabric material such as fiberglass and is held by a steel wire mesh, while the specified mesh is made of wire with a diameter of 1.5 mm stainless steel, with mesh size 18 ... 22 mm. The practical implementation of the device allows to increase the accuracy and objectivity of the results of vibration acoustic bench tests of the car as a result of the use of a durable multilayer structure of the device bell, with stable sound-absorbing characteristics, eliminating the loss of sound-absorbing properties of the porous layers of the materials of the inner and outer lining as a result of protecting these materials from negative high-temperature effects on their structure exhaust system of an engine internal combustion engine exhaust system.
