Usage: for the concentration of pentaerythritol-formate solutions in a multi-shell evaporator with vertical heat transfer tubes for crystallization and pentaerythritol used in the manufacture of high-quality varnishes, additives for oils and other products. The essence of the utility model: The evaporation plant for processing the mixture of uterine pentaerythritol-formate solutions contains two stages connected in series along the steam and solution of the evaporation apparatus with vertical pipes. The second stage of the installation is a mold equipped with a circulation circuit with a pump and a steam separator connected by a steam line to the end condenser. New in the installation is that the first stage consists of apparatuses with a film flow of liquid, and the second stage is equipped with an additional crystallizer with a circulation circuit having a pump and an additional condenser connected to the steam separator of the additional crystallizer and equipped with a device for removing non-condensable gases. The last apparatus of the first stage is equipped with an additional secondary steam removal pipe in communication with the heating chamber of the additional mold. The solution volume of the additional crystallizer is 1.5-2.5 times more than the first. In addition, a flow control device is installed on the secondary secondary steam line. The first crystallizer can be equipped with an external hydrocyclone, the inlet pipe of which is connected to the discharge chamber of the circulation pump, the sand pipe is connected to the suction chamber of the pump, and the pipe of the clarified solution is connected to the outlet pipe of the evaporated solution. The exhaust device for removing non-condensable gases from the additional capacitor is in communication with the end capacitor. |
