| abstract | A device for excising a portion of the posterior wall of the duodenum and facilitating its suturing are related to medicine, namely surgical gastroenterology. The technical result of the invention is the creation of a device that allows the excision of a section of the posterior wall of any part of the duodenum in a simpler way, without developing complications in the form of bleeding from the walls of the intestine, infection of the intestinal wound or prepancreatic region, reducing the time of surgery, ensuring the convenience of suturing the intestine and reducing its trauma. The device consists of two working fixing jaws (1), brackets for elastic fixation of the intestinal walls (2), a motion unit (3), jaws (4) to ensure the mobility of the fixing jaws, a lock for fixing jaws (5) with distal and proximal bends relative to the fixing sponges. |
